Murrayween Family Halloween Costumes
Family Halloween Costumes are so competitive and fun. If you don’t get your costumes in July or August you will be scrambling to find your costumes in October. In this post I will share the beautiful pictures I was able to capture with my g-nephews and daughter. This year we decided to be, “The Nerd Family.” I was inspired by my cousin who dressed up as a Nerd a few years ago for her Halloween party. Since we already produce the best selling Nerd apparel it was an easy decision. Oftentimes the word Nerd get a negative connotation. At SmArtBoyTees we love to support and embrace our smart community. Bringing…

Denim & Twinning
How’s everyone doing? I hope this blog post find you safe and well. We must constantly check in with each other due to COVID-19. We are living history, the whole nation closing schools, the workforce being shut down …. WHOA Spring is here and we should be out and about but unfortunately we are stuck in for our own safety. Well the first week we were encouraged to stay home I immediately set out that Saturday to take photos for content. I thought it would be the perfect time with less people traffic. I also managed to have a mini shoot with my mini me. The Process I woke up…

Pink & Sequin
This post contains affiliate links Pink has been influential in my wardrobe this winter season. From the Banana Republic hot pink wide leg pants, the inspired InStyle look I recreated with a Covergirl Couture pink maxi dress, to this pink sequin skirt. I treated myself to this pink sequin skirt for my birthday because one it was on sale 70% off and two it is super cute. It’s on sale now for 48 bucks for President’s Day Weekend grab it while supplies last. Available in pink, gold, or green. This skirt is bold and screams fun. I styled it with a stripe oxford shirt, Brooklyn sweatshirt to throw over my…

Cherry Blossom Mini & Me
Hi guys spring is in the air, although some nights still feel like winter. I’m not going to complain because complaining is for suckers. Anyway this time of the year is particularly nice because all of the flowers are blooming and even though the weather isn’t just quite right yet we know it’s going to get better. In other news down the street from where I live there’s a beautiful Cherry Blossom tree. Every year I manage to find my way in front of my neighbor’s yard to snap some wonderful pictures. This year our outfits from Target blended in extremely well with the scenery. I’m having so much fun…

London Inspired Shoot!
I think every girl’s dream vacation is a trip to Paris. I could be wrong but what I do know when I go to Paris I’m going to scream, jump up and down, and salute the Eiffel Tower like Carrie Bradshaw did on the episode of Sex And The City. It’s the episode where Carrie decides to move to “The Fashion Capital of the World” with intentions of living her best life ever to later discover she was one lonely fashionista. I’ve learned two lessons from Carrie’s experience in Paris: 1. Never travel alone 2. Bring a friend or family member along (which basically refer me back to number one)…

To Be or Not To Be My Birthday is The Question?
You are probably asking yourself, “Why is it a question whether or not it’s her birthday, or doesn’t this woman know when she was born.” Well let me share my story. January 24 is the day I celebrate my birthday, at least I believe I was actually born on that day. My mother shared with me years ago that my father was convinced I was born on the 25th. However, I don’t have any recollection so I guess it’s up for debate. My father told me that he was overwhelmed and not quite ready for my arrival when my mother went into labor. So his memory may not have been…

Welcome to My Blog!
Welcome to The Murray’s Way. This is where I share a glimpse of my latest fashion finds, family, and our version of fun. I am a wife and mom enjoying this thing called Life! I dare you to come along for the ride. WARNING: It may appear as if I have it all together but trust me my socks and underwear are usually mix match, I have takeout on speed dial and some nights we eat from paper plates because I don’t like washing dishes. (Don’t judge me haha…) Does that make me a bad mother? Despite my unconventional parenting habits due to our busy schedule, I am committed to…
