Pink has been influential in my wardrobe this winter season. From the Banana Republic hot pink wide leg pants, the inspired InStyle look I recreated with a Covergirl Couture pink maxi dress, to this pink sequin skirt. I treated myself to this pink sequin skirt for my birthday because one it was on sale 70% off and two it is super cute. This skirt is bold and screams fun. I styled it with a stripe oxford shirt, Brooklyn sweatshirt to throw over my shoulders, and shell-toe adidas for a classic yet preppy hip-hop look. I invited my daughter to join in with her metallic silver faux fur collar leather jacket, patchwork jeans, silver sandals and prairie dress we picked up from target.
Look at the details of the skirt the satin tie belt adds a pop of elegance and the comfortability is unmatched. I sized up in the skirt to a size 8. I was torn between the green and pink but went with the latter because spring is coming and I thought I could get more wear out of it. Don’t ask me where I’m going maybe to brunch with family or friends or to NYC but what I do know is I’ll be stylish.

I do love how you showed how sequin can be dressed down and still look good so many people shy away from just rocking it on a day to day because they think you have to “ dress it up” but that’s not true I would definitely wear this look great job🤗

What a great pick! The skirt is such a fun piece, versatile as well. The pink is vibrant, eye catching, definitely needed in this sometimes dreary season. Love how you paired it with a subtle button down shirt, so the skirt can be the show piece. I can also visualize it with a denim shirt, a tank with a sweater cardigan or even a playful t-shirt. A classic skirt that can be worn with a stiletto sandal or sneakers for fun.
This skirt can be worn on many different occasions.
