Blogiversary
It’s our blogiversary …….
So here we are our one year Anniversary!! I use the term we because without an audience there would be no blog. I’m extremely grateful for your support whether you read one post or all, Thank you!! It is a wonderful accomplishment to reach this milestone.
So how did I do it? To be honest I don’t know but somehow I managed to figure out running a blog, career, household, family life, etc. I guess I would say staying committed. When I first started I didn’t know all the answers however I wouldn’t let that stop me. I spend a lot of time researching and learning how to work my website as well as affiliate marketing. I am constantly learning.
I would blog during my lunch break, in between picking up the kids from school, after dinner if time permitted, and on the weekend where I would also take pictures. It was rough but I managed it because I truly enjoy it.
Blogging goals
What are my blogging goals for 2020? Well my biggest goal is to work with brands that I love. I plan on reaching out directly to brands to collaborate. I’m not going to be afraid what’s the worst thing that can happen they say “NO” but what if they say “YES” So in order to find out I have to put myself out there. As Steve Harvey would say JUMP!!
I would also like to collaborate with fellow bloggers and attend events. I attempted this goal in 2019 but schedules didn’t permit. However I’m going to keep it in my plans for 2020. Do you allow your goals to roll-over to the next year? Well my personal goals typically roll-over if it’s not achieved in that particular year. It’s fun to look back on goals from years ago to see what I have accomplished and what still needs to be completed.

Hi there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m

I’m no expert I’m only 1 year in however I would tell you to start with purchasing your domain name and hosting which I did through bluehost. I read so much about a blog online and youtube videos. then I signed up for the word press blast off from http://www.itsalovelylife.com which was very helpful and free just sign up for blue host through their website and you’ll get the wp blast off for free. They have tons of info I don’t suggest paying anyone to start just do it on your own. It’s really trial and error I didn’t have many errors just continue researching through youtube and website. there’s ton of info but I just eventually did it and figure it out as I go along. It’s not hard you can do it any other questions please free to ask.
