It’s Banana Republic

Have you ever fell in love with a pair of pants? Not literally but you really like the way they fit so you buy two pair in two different colors or All Colors if you are Oprah… haha Guess what store I’m talking about…. Spoiler Alert It’s Banana Republic.
Well I have to admit I did. When I first saw these green high rise wide leg pants from Banana Republic I was sold. I purchased the hot pink pair too. I knew they would be comfortable because typically whenever I buy trousers from this store I always adore the fit. I’m debating now how I’m going to style the pink ones so stay tuned.
Styling Banana Republic Pants
I styled the wide leg green pants with a denim oversized bow shirt (old) also from Banana Republic. My best friend picked up the shirt for me a few years ago after discussing what was new at BR. Although we don’t get to shop together as often as we use to we always share the latest finds with each other. I was so happy she was able to locate the shirt in my size. And shoutout to her former co-worker who found our sizes in the storage room. Ladies make sure you have a friend like mine who will look out for you when they are out shopping.
The pants are polyester, heavy enough to wear in the fall but also lightweight so you can wear them in the spring. The leopard print boots that I have on I also purchased from BR maybe two years ago. I’ve only wore them once, SHAME ON ME! I randomly found them in the clearance aisle and I couldn’t pass up on them for the price. I love buying timeless pieces which never seem to go out of style.
The leopard cuff which is really a stole, I wrapped it around my arm then over my shoulders. I purchased this stole (similar) from Jcrew earlier this year. It gives the look a extra pop of fun. I hope you enjoyed this look stay tuned for how I style the pink pants. Read my post on tweed and trench. In the meantime tell me do you like to shop at Banana Republic? What do you like to buy from this brand?

Cute trousers! Love the green colour! I quite like Banana Republic because they tend to have a wide selection of petite clothing, which can be so hard to find!

I totally understand the idea of loving a pair of pants so much that you have to get them in all of the colors! I’ve been doing that with cropped/ankle pants from both Banana Republic and Gap. I don’t think that’s I’ll ever stop getting them haha
